Harry, got your message, but I've been attending to a family

matter over the last week; I don't think the noise bylaw covers vehicles

simply travelling on roads, regardless of the hour, but would cover loading and

unloading before 7 am; All I can say is that you should call Wolfgang (the CRD enforcer / dog catcher), but

my understanding from him is that given previous discussions he has had in the

area, he would likely require corroboration from neighbors, other than Tom

Pickett due to perceived grinding of axes; You could also talk
